ADVISORY: In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation in Vietnam, the Embassy of India in Hanoi has been in regular touch with authorities in Government of Vietnam as well as with local Government authorities to facilitate early vaccination of Indian nationals living in Vietnam. The Embassy is also assisting INCHAM in exploring options available presently for vaccination of Indian nationals in Vietnam.

In the meantime, all Indian nationals in Vietnam over the age of 18 and eligible to get vaccinated are advised to register themselves at one of the following two links of the Government of Vietnam in order to enroll themselves in the ongoing vaccination drive:

Option 1: Directly via the COVID-19 Vaccination portal: https://tiemchungcovid19.gov.vn/portal/register-person

Option 2: Via the E-health app for phones using Android and iOS that can be downloaded at: https://hssk.kcb.vn/#/sskdt.

The vaccination registration is administered by the Ministry of Health of Government of Vietnam and is subject to laws and regulations of Vietnam.

Once registered, users will be notified as and when vaccines become available. They will be given appointment for screening and informed about their vaccination schedule. The registration portal is currently in the Vietnamese language only, but an English version is expected to be launched in the coming weeks.
