INCHAM would like to apprise you about India International Arbitration Centre (IIAC), established by Parliament through the promulgation of the India International Arbitration Centre Act, 2019.
The India International Arbitration Centre has been established to promote and develop India as a major arbitration hub by facilitating a quick and efficient dispute resolution mechanism.
The India International Arbitration Centre is managed by a team of eminent persons with substantial knowledge and experience in domestic and international institutional arbitration. The Chairperson is a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India appointed in consultation with the Chief Justice of India. At the same time, the Members of the Chamber of Arbitration and the Panel of Arbitrators for Domestic Arbitration and International Arbitration are experienced arbitration practitioners of repute from India and abroad.
