Membership Details

Incham welcomes Companies and Individuals to become member of INCHAM Hanoi.  Membership is open to all nationals having interest in Indian and Vietnamese business market.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

Corporate Member:

Any company/ business individual is eligible to be member of Incham Hanoi.  Each Corporate member can subscribe for two or four persons of the Company to be their representatives in the Chamber. Membership is valid subject to payment of full membership fee for the full year and is transferable to any nominees in the company, subject to approval by the Board of Governors.

Individual Members:

Individuals, Indian Citizens and / or Non Resident Indians (NRI’s), Representatives of Indian or Non Resident Indian Companies, Vietnamese/ Foreign Individuals aged 18 years and above.  The membership shall be on the Individual name, hence it is non-transferable.

MEMBERSHIP FEE STRUCTURE:

Membership dues are payable on annual basis valid from 1st January to 31st December each year.

Corporate Member
  • 2 Representatives – VND 5,825,000
  • 4 Representatives – VND 11,650,000
Individual Member
  • VND 2,500,000

All domestic payment by cash/ through bank transfer must be paid in VND. International transfers are still accepted in US Dollars.

Membership Fee can be paid by CASH at Incham Hanoi Office or by BANK to Incham Hanoi Bank Account:

Display your corporate/individual profile with thousand versions sent to our business partners/government agencies. This directory presents information about all corporate members as well as listing of individual members.  Each Incham Hanoi member is listed, along with address, tel/ fax, email,  a description of their business, as well a summary of their activities in Vietnam.  Incham Hanoi members  are also received an annual hard-copy Membership Directory.
