INCHAM Meeting with H.E. Shri Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa - Ambassador of India to Vietnam

On 1 October, 2026, INCHAM Hanoi had the honour of convening a meeting with H.E. Shri Tshering Wangchuk Sherpa, Ambassador of India to Vietnam. 

The meeting was attended by H.E. Tshering W. Sherpa, Mr. S. Chinpau Ngaihte, Counsellor (Eco, Com & Development Partnership), together with the INCHAM Board of Governors, Former Chairmen and Working Group.

During the meeting, INCHAM briefed H.E. the Ambassador on the key activities and initiatives undertaken by the Chamber, as well as its future roadmap and priorities, particularly in strengthening engagement with the Indian business community and advancing India–Vietnam trade and commercial ties. 

India–Vietnam trade and commerce continue to offer strong potential for further growth, with opportunities to expand bilateral trade, strengthen business linkages, and create new avenues for enterprises in both countries. The discussion also highlighted opportunities for INCHAM to further contribute to deepening business-to-business engagement, facilitating trade and investment, and connecting Indian and Vietnamese enterprises.

INCHAM Hanoi sincerely appreciates H.E. the Ambassador and the Embassy of India for their continued support and valuable guidance. The Chamber looks forward to working closely with the Embassy and its members to further strengthen India–Vietnam trade, commerce and business cooperation.
