MOU Signing Ceremony between INCHAM Hanoi & VINASA | Strengthening India–Vietnam ICT Cooperation

On 21 August, 2026, INCHAM Hanoi was pleased to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA). This partnership will open up new opportunities for trade, investment, and business collaboration between ICT enterprises in both countries.
