As you might know, the Government of Vietnam is calling for comments on the Draft Decree to Amend Decree 72/2013/NĐ-CP issued on July 15, 2013 and Decree No. 27/2018 / ND-CP issued on March 1, 2018 by the Government on the management, provision and use of Internet services and online information.

VBF would like to enclose this draft decree for your comments. Some salient points you may concern such as: data security, requirements on data localization, cross border information, online games which might impact on banks, services providers to video game publishers, telecommunications, internet data center service providers.
