INCHAM REPRESENTATIVE JOINED DIALOGUE WITH VIETNAM CUSTOMS

On February 28, 2024 "a dialogue with GDVC on Customs related issues" was held in General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) Headquarters, Hanoi, organized by the Vietnam Business Forum, Tax and Customs Working Group. The meeting aimed to discuss the consolidated issues on Customs and Export and Import Taxes 2024. This meeting brought together tax experts from various companies and international tax firms, and representatives from General Department of Vietnam Customs, Hanoi. 

CA. Harini Sridharan, Member of ICAI and ICSI, represented INCHAM at the meeting. She shared her opinion to the GDVC by providing a comparative position in Indian laws on certain issues as highlighted by the Vietnam business entities.
