Power & Electricity Show Vietnam 2019

The Power & Electricity Show Vietnam, co-located with The Wind, Energy Storage and Solar Shows is running for the 3rd year.

Returning to Ho Chi Minh City in 2019, we will be bringing together over 3000 stakeholders and attendees to discuss the developments, opportunities and technologies in Vietnam.

The event features a premium conference with speakers from state-utility Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), its subsidiaries, as well as local and international developers. Our speakers include heavyweights such as Baoqing Miao, Director, Voltiq Bv, Van Thinh Bui of EVNTBW Thuan Binh Wind Power JSC, John Eric Francia, Chief Executive Officer, AC Energy, Dang Luu Ngo of Cong Ty Nang Luong Anh Minh Global, and John Rockhold, Head of Power and Energy Sub Working Group, Vietnam Business Forum.

With 100GW of additional capacity forecast by 2030 , and a ten-fold increase in renewable energy generation, Vietnam is serious about the future of its energy sector; both solar and wind energy will be playing a key role. Alongside that, transmission lines will be upgraded to accommodate new generation capacity and smart grids are being rolled out, improving efficiency, whilst also increasing reliability.
