This is to invite you to attend the Webinar on PPP at 9am, 16, Sept, 2020, with the title: New Policies, New Opportunities for PPP Investors. This event is co-organised by VCCI, the Office of the National PPP Committee, the Vietnam Association of Road Traffic Investors (VARSI), and The Institute for Policy Research and Media Development (IPS). The languages of the webinars are both Vietnamese and English. Two-way English-Vietnamese translation is provided through the virtural platform.

  1. PPP Law in English: Although this remains an unofficial translation, the work was done with the assistance of a USAID-funded project (LEAP III), and was reviewed carefully by Ms Vu Quynh Le of the Public Procurement Agency (PPA) office of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
  2. The PPP Green Book in both English and Vietnamese, entitled: Private Sector Perspectives on PPP in Vietnam. This work was joined done by VCCI office and the USAID-funded project LEAP III.
