Phu Quoc, an island off Kien Giang Province in southern Vietnam, hopes to reopen a direct air route to India in order to boost tourism growth, Huynh Quang Hung, chairman of the Phu Quoc City People’s Committee told a reception for Madan Mohan Sethi, Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City, on Wednesday.
